The coyote, the mischievous trickster of the plains, is a distant companion of ours at our estate vineyards. Our "El Coyote" red wine blend represents the best of our vineyards at each annual harvest, a unique blend chosen by our winemaker that will vary in composition each year by the grape varietals and quantities carefully chosen for the final blend. Just like the tricky coyote you will never know what you will get next time. This year "El Coyote" is composed of 40% Merlot, 20% Grenache, 20% Malbec, ans 20% Syrah.
