Our 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon was whole-berry fermented in oxygen-deficient tanks for the first few days to achieve brighter fruit character and softer tannin extraction. Regular tank-mixing was applied in the last two days of fermentation before pressing and transferring the wine into French oak barrels. This full bodied red wine presents with primary hints of red plum, black cherry and currant, with flavor notes of cedar, cinnamon, and vanilla.
