Our Lakeside blend is a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot. The rich black cherry notes and soft tannins in the merlot help to soften tart cherry/cranberry flavors and bold tannins of the Cabernet Sauvignon. The resulting blend is a highly versatile, full bodied wine with intense fruit and well balanced acidity.
