2021 Raging Red Blend (Bourbon Barrel Red)
A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Malbec aged in heavily toasted Bourbon barrels for five months, and then transferred to French oak wine barrels for further maturation. Bold flavors of toasty vanilla, smokey spices and dark fruits of blackberries, currants, and cherries. Pairs well with a New York steak.
